The admission of a Secondary School Leaving Certificate candidates is based on a competition (ranking) of the sum of points obtained on Secondary School Leaving Certificate in three subjects covered by the qualification procedure (calculated according to Annex 3 of the Senate Resolution):

• BIOLOGY (compulsory)
• CHEMISTRY or MATHEMATICS or PHYSICS or ENGLISH (2 subjects chosen by the candidate)
  
  
  Candidates who qualify under this procedure are exempt from taking the competency exam.
