Regulations of classes

REGULATIONS FOR CLASSES for students of the Faculty of Medicine in the subject of Medical Ethics

Before starting clinical classes, the Student should read these Regulations and follow their provisions.

 

§1. Seminars, lectures

Recording, taking photos and recording videos is not allowed.

Seminars are held according to the schedule in the hours provided in the schedule. The student is obliged to participate in classes with the student group to which he was assigned.

Punctuality is required for students and teachers.

The student is obliged to prepare for each subsequent class in the scope of the applicable material according to the submitted program of the subject. The tutor has the right to check the level of students' preparation in written or oral form.

The teacher, after finding out that the student is not prepared in the scope of the applicable material, has the right to prevent the student from participating in the classes and determine the form of credit for absences.

Presence at lectures and seminars is obligatory. One excused absence is allowed during the academic year. Each absence must be excused and credited according to the rules specified by the teacher.

In the case of two or more excused absences, the student is required to verbally pass the content of the abandoned material and to do homework with another dean's group after prior appointment with the assistant of the Department of Neurosurgery. The student is obliged to make up for the absence in the same semester in which he / she missed classes.

 

§2. Clothing and equipment for exercise

There are no requirements.

 

§3. Completion of the semester

Completion of the Medical Ethics course will be conducted in the form of a closed test. The test, consisting of 10 questions, will cover the range of topics of the lectures. The pass mark is obtaining a minimum of 70% correct answers. People with fewer points will be required to take the oral part of the healing.

When taking the exams remote they will be held with use of the MS Forms and MS Teams platforms.

The solution to any problems not included in these regulations lies with the Head of the Department.

ACADEMIC RULE OF LAW AND HONESTY:

We expect medical students to abide by the principles of honesty and the rule of law. Violation of the principle of honesty, cheating, cheating on the final exam will be reported to the Dean for Student Affairs. It is forbidden to use cell phones, transfer information, etc. during the exam. Bags and backpacks are always in one place.
