Dear Students,

we kindly inform you, that medicine students who would like to apply for a transfer to the Medicine program of School of Medicine UWM in Olsztyn,  from Ukrainian Medical Universities (applies only to Polish or Ukrainian citizens) are required to submit a completed questionnaire to the Dean's Office latest by May 3rd, 2022.

The questionnaire should be sent by e-mail to: wl@uwm.edu.pl

Students who already submitted the questionnaire do not need to take any actions.
