Neoplastic polypoid lesion with at least low-grade epithelial dysplasia. It is precursor lesion to invasive adenocarcinoma.

Dysplasia – irregular epithelial cells stratification, abnormally sized cells, hyperchromatism (excessive pigmentation of nuclei and cytoplasm), presence of mitotic figures, enlarged nucleoli, increase N/C ratio, cellular pleomorphism.
